TRACK WILL COLLECT GATE & CAMPING FEE.
SHORTY'S gate hrs and costs.
3pm-9pm Friday
(set up camping only DO NOT start a bike for any reason on Friday or you will be asked to leave and not race)
7am Saturday-Sunday
$15 per night camping - includes 1 trailer and one vehicle
$20.00 weekend pass
Sunday is $10.00
12& under $10.00 weekend $5.00 Sunday
2025 DUEL WEEKEND SCHEDULE
AVDRA MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED FOR ARIZONA SERIES ($40 Year) we accept current Ahrma membership.
PRE ENTRY FEES: $50 first class and $40 each additional class. 4th class is FREE!
POST ENTRY FEES: $55 first class and $45 each additional class. 4th class free.
TIMES:
FRIDAY-FEB 28 2025 - Gate usually open around 1 pm CA time.
This day for set up only! Do not even start a bike!
We will have EARLY signup around 4 pm CA time on Friday, for anyone that is there and wants to get that all done. Saturday is pretty busy so not sure we can get an EARLY sign up on this day! You must have your arm band and current membership or fill out new membership form, you will still have to attend Mandatory Riders Meeting for each day you ride!
SATURDAY - March 1, 2025 - Gate open at 7am
sign-up open from 7am-8:30am (for Vintage and support Post vintage) Sorry for the change it was a miss communication Vintage should be “On Any Sunday”! We will get it right next year!
Mandatory Riders meeting at 8:45am.
PRACTICE: First practice begins at 9am. This practice gives you a few laps to get to know this track, at Mandatory riders meeting you will be told the bikes that go out in first wave etc,..
Racing begins after practice at 10am.
The AVDRA 2024 Awards/bbq will start at 4:30. I don’t know which will be first yet. The dinner will be hot dogs and hamburgers with fixings. Cooked by Larry, Gary and Larry JR from KKoD our famous cooks! There will be no tables to sit at so you need to bring chairs. It’s possible that it will last longer than Daylight if anyone has any flood lights we could probably use them.

AWARDS: 100% Awards for kids! All other classes top 3 only. Award presentation will be held 15 minutes after the last checkered flag each day.
