| Iron Man Rules | |
| This years (2010) "Iron Man Winner" will be the rider that has beaten or finished in front of the most other racers over the course of the complete AVDRA VMX series (10 Races) in as many classes as they are eligible. | |
Ironman points are earned by the riders finishing position against their competition in their respective class. Points are paid by the number of racers/entries.
